How we help

Clear concerns.
Practical next steps.

Advocacy starts with listening, organizing the facts, and helping you prepare to ask for action.

01

Housing concerns & documents

Put the facts in order.

The intended support includes organizing a timeline, identifying relevant notices and correspondence, and preparing a document checklist. Keep your original records in a safe place; do not send them through this site.

02

Questions, letters & appeals

Make the request clear.

Prepare questions and factual drafts for letters, complaints, or appeals. Describe what happened, what response you received, and what action you are requesting. Legal filings and case-specific legal advice belong with a qualified attorney.

03

Disability access

Ask about the process, without oversharing.

Find official information about reasonable accommodation requests and prepare questions for the organization handling yours. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to browse this site or use the request form.

04

Relevant resources

Find the right place to ask.

Locate official agencies, community resource directories, and legal aid information relevant to your location. A listed resource is not an endorsement or an established partnership; each organization determines its own eligibility and availability.

05

Follow-up & escalation

Keep the next step visible.

Track who you contacted, when you contacted them, and what response you received. Prepare follow-up questions and identify published complaint or review channels when a concern remains unresolved.

Advocacy support and legal representation are different.

Hotel Housing Advocacy Network (HAN) is an advocacy firm, the advocacy arm of HCCGSA LLC. HAN does not provide legal representation or act as your attorney. Individual support is subject to availability and a separate confirmation; requests do not guarantee acceptance or results.

If a notice or court matter has a deadline, contact a qualified legal aid provider or attorney promptly. Do not wait for a response from this site.
